My journey began with an internship at DuPont that led to MBA sponsorship, followed by challenging international assignments at Accenture with clients like ENECO, SONY, GILLETTE, UNILEVER, and XEROX. Since 2004, I've led major transformations for organizations including Givaudan, J&J, FrieslandCampina, Crucell, GSK, ASML, and many others.
